The same rule drives the HUD tool locks, so both screens always agree. \u2022 Values refresh live from the body: instantly on the camera&amp;apos;s own announcements, with follow-up reads a few seconds later for settings the body changes silently, and a full sweep of every tile roughly every 40 s while the page is open. \u2022 White balance uses Nikon&amp;apos;s own menu names in every picker (Direct sunlight, Incandescent, Choose color temperature, Preset manual\u2026); chips and tiles use short forms (Sunlight, Incand., 5600K, PRE). \u2022 EXPOSURE table: MODE \u00b7 EV COMP \u00b7 WB \u00b7 ISO \u00b7 SHUTTER \u00b7 IRIS \u00b7 HF FLICKER.
